Requirements

Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred

Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo or similar)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus

Professional and confident approach to client outreach and communication
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified leads for marketing and creative services

Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms

Present and introduce Mad Visions’ services to potential clients

Build and nurture initial relationships with prospects

Schedule meetings or discovery calls between interested prospects and the internal team

Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, communications, and follow-ups
