Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation

Excellent communication and community management skills

Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)

Ability to manage creative teams and ensure on-brand execution

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and campaign planning

Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Manage and grow social media accounts with consistent branding and messaging

Oversee content planning, working closely with graphic designers and video editors

Create and monitor performance-driven email marketing campaigns

Engage with online communities to boost awareness, engagement, and loyalty

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Collaborate with internal teams to align social strategies with business goals

Execute other marketing-related and administrative tasks as directed by the CEO
