Martha Rodriguez opened Glow with Martha in 2018, after seeing too many beauty services put speed ahead of care. She trained in esthetics and massage therapy and built a different kind of practice: one where every client is heard, respected and never hurried.
As a woman herself, she knows how much it matters to feel comfortable and safe. That is why the studio is women-only.
