So everyone sleeps

Four households share one garden. These are the rules that keep it a nice place to share.

Shoes off inside

A Thai habit, and it keeps the sand outside where it belongs.

Quiet after ten

Talk, laugh, eat late. Just keep music indoors and voices low.

No parties

Dinner for your group is lovely. Fifty strangers is not.

Pets by arrangement

Well-behaved dogs are welcome if you ask first. Our dog will want to meet them.

No glass by the pool

Plastic cups live in the kitchen. Bare feet thank you.

Close the gate

It keeps the dog in, the soi dogs out and the garden quiet.

Asked before booking

Questions, answered

Is there a minimum stay?

Three nights in most of the year, a week over Christmas and New Year. Monthly stays are welcome and priced separately; ask us.

How do I pay?

Nothing is due when you enquire. Once we have agreed dates we send a booking confirmation with a deposit by bank transfer or card link, and the rest is paid on arrival.

Can we book the whole garden?

Yes. All four cottages sleep up to eighteen, which works well for family reunions, retreats and small celebrations (quiet hours still apply).

Is it suitable for children?

Very. The garden is walled, there is a swing and a cot on request. The pool is not fenced, so little ones need a grown-up nearby.

Can I bring my dog?

Usually yes, if you ask first. Tell us about your dog when you send your dates, and we will check it suits the other guests that week.

Is the wifi good enough to work?

Every cottage has its own fiber connection and a desk. Guests take video calls from here every week.

Do we need a car or scooter?

It helps. Nai Harn beach is a short ride rather than a short walk. We can arrange a scooter or car for your stay, and taxi apps work in Rawai.

Is there a restaurant?

No, there is something better: a full open-air kitchen, the Rawai seafood market six minutes away, and plenty of small restaurants on the road to Nai Harn.

What about the rainy season?

From about May to October, afternoon downpours come and go quickly. The garden is at its greenest, the beaches are emptier and the rates are lower.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After that the deposit is kept, unless we can re-let your dates.
